這次特意挑了1943， 順手添了開瓶拔老塞的壓力…

但總算逃過了殺嬰之苦

八十有二仍然壯健

骨架依舊鮮明如昔

架構仍有大酒之姿

但傳遞卻來得從容

少了年輕時的神秘

常在想…Morfortino的美源自那傲人深邃結構所帶來的神秘感

用八十多年的時間來擲掉面紗，

丟了神秘感是加分抑或扣分呢？

但Ready for drinking的Morfortino不再是都市傳說

也總算填補了往日殺嬰的遺憾…

Bright light tawny in color. Quite expressive on the nose and way younger than expected!

Welcomed by some dry red fruit, along with dry preserved veggie, tar and red dates note.

What truly surprises are not the depth, but the energy.

Fresh strawberries and mixed berries emerge almost like sorbet, sweet yet lifted! It didn’t last long, but that moment was fascinating! Took some time to reveal truffle and smoky earl grey tea notes quietly.

Not as fleshy nor bold as a young Monfortino, still, it shows some depth and density.

Time has softened most of the tannin, which keeps the wine delivering in a lighter, calmer sense. But the tension has relaxed and not as dark as it used to be.

Can’t ask for more from a bottle of 82 years old!
