不張揚、不刻意，也不funky…

這支 Marebino用上罕見的原生葡萄 — Scheurebe

他還有另一個名字
或者說，一個冷冰冰的實驗編號…

1916 年，經無數次實驗，
由 Riesling 與 Bukettraube 雜交而成，
換來的，只是一個毫不浪漫的編號
Sämling 88

就像已經落幕的 Stranger Things…
主角的 011、大反派的 001、
又或存在感極低的 008⋯⋯
那些被數字標記的角色
往往要走到故事結局
才真正看見性格…

但被編號，只是被掏空沒靈魂的記號…

就像主角011一樣，被冠以暱稱El或名字Jane的一刻

數字，才會慢慢退場；

性格，才會真正浮現。

Sämling 88也不例外…
所幸，這一次，
Scheurebe不用等到結局，
杯中已經把性格說得很清楚。

酒風清爽通透，香氣甜美而不浮誇，
青蘋果、白花與草本香氣先行，
隨後浮現帶甜美感的桃子與花香。
收結由清晰的礦物感撐起骨架，
留下一點回甘。
隨手一呷，
是一種毫無負擔的小清新、小確幸。

順帶一提，
這應該是我人生第一支 1 公升裝的 format；
怪有趣的，多謝友人從日本帶回這支當地限定版。

A clean, bright, and expressive natural white made from rare native grape – Scheurebe.

The wine shows a lively aromatic profile with notes of lime, green apple, ripe peach and a touch of exotic pineapple. Despite being semi-aromatic grape, the expression remains precise and well-contained.

On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, driven by crisp acidity. The texture is gently rounded with a slightly oily mouthfeel, creating contrast against a firm mineral backbone. The finish is clean, lightly bitter-sweet, and refreshing.

What makes this wine appealing is how comfortable and adorable it is!

Playful on the surface, but grounded underneath.
