喝過幾次 Giacosa 的 Rabajà
總有種貌合但神離的感覺…

Rabajà 向來是結構鮮明的代表
礦物量高、單寧集中
線條銳利而直接…
而 Giacosa 的風格
卻一向質樸、內斂、通透而淡雅…

兩者相遇，
仿佛有種八字不合的感覺…

直到這支 2004，
終感受到兩者之間契合的一面。

從 Rabajà 的角度看，
這一年份顯得意外地優雅。
玫瑰花香率先浮現
隨後是甜美而新鮮的紅果
清甜的士多啤梨，
再慢慢滲出 Rabajà 熟悉的礦物氣息…

單寧結構依舊鮮明，
骨架仍然清楚，
這一點，很 Rabajà。
但在Mid Palate中段，
Giacosa 彷彿適時添上一筆，
讓口感多了圓潤，
香氣也多了脂粉與花粉般的細緻層次。

2004 這種慢熟的氣候，
成就了成熟甜美而不張揚的果香，
也讓 Rabajà 的力量，
有了被理解的空間…

但終究，它仍然是 Rabajà。
即使 Giacosa 為其添上了優雅的面紗，
在收結時，
那股壓不住的粗礦與力量，
仍然清楚地浮現。

但，這不正是天地人完整的一次交會嗎?

This 2004 Giacosa Rabajà stands apart from the other vintages.

The wine opens with surprising aromatic clarity…rose petals and fresh dark cherry lead the way, before the familiar mineral core of Rabajà slowly emerges. There is an unexpected elegance here, shaped by the classic 2004 vintage, which favoured from slow and even ripening.

On the palate, the structure remains unmistakably Rabajà. The tannins are firm and linear, delivering the vineyard’s signature grip and mineral drive. Yet through the mid-palate, Giacosa reveals his magic. The texture softens slightly, gaining roundness and depth without losing definition.

The finish, however, leaves no doubt about the site. Power resurfaces, raw and unrestrained, reminding us of Rabajà’s signature rawness and mineral core.
