A gentle beauty! Med garnet with tawny hue in color. Only med intensity on the nose but it is absolutely transcending and transparent! All those dry flowers, herbs and sweet spices are dominating the glass. And she possess a special kind of almond alike aromas. 

Although she was elevaged in small oak, the oak flavors were well managed, and never too dominant! Acidity and tannin level are quite high but the texture is still smooth and showing great finesse. However, her palate is bit too subtle and soft. And a bit lack of power and in-depth.

She took some time to show better complexity by developing the savory and old sweet spice aromas! And the finish ends lovely. Neat but lovely.
