討好但略帶平庸

穩重但稍嫌平淡

輕描淡寫地在品飲者的杯中耳語

那種淡然也有另一番的滋味

帶點甜香料，不多也不少的乾花，乾紅果和薄荷香氣再配上些頗具趣味的礦物感

或許碰上了少許Volatile Acidity的狀況，始終少了點應有的深度和層次

下杯一小時後，多了些桶陳的椰絲和甜香料氣息

但入口略微平凡，少了些應有的活力和魄力，結構也稍為平坦，收尾也帶點甘苦

優雅輕盈 “Clean but Simple” 是我給予的評價

不吃力，不咬舌亦不深刻的酒款

相信與2008這個偏冷的年份有莫大的關係，令酒體冷冽偏瘦削

或許冷年份的影響，因此酒會更慢熱而且也需要更長時間的陳熟

再者，也會更封閉下瓶後需要更長的時間才能打開

A simple and rather straight forward red! Bright garnet looks better than it performs. Med plus intensity, with loads of  rose, dry cherry, tar, mint, herbs, coconut and sweet spice notes. The nosing performs way better than the palate. Perhaps it’s due to the slightly volatile acidity influence. With her level of complexity, layers and in-depth, one might hesitate to believe that it’s a Sarmassa from Barolo!

The mid palate is a bit hollow follow with a flat structure.

Clean but simple wine, unfortunately, it is not performing at its best!
