Canonica走了較親民的路線

雖帶點Dirty的痕跡但也有他獨特的氣息，既不是深層次也非深度，而是有種專屬的深層氣息

那種帶點Funky和Rustic的肉香，gamey和Farmyard氣息，極具個性

酸度稍微突出，單寧帶點咬硬，但奈何結構稍稍鬆散，Mid Palate也更散渙

收結略帶青澀和微甘，而且餘韻較短

平心而言，他只具備Barolo的輪廓，可惜有形無神，表現有點失水準

相信與2008這個偏冷的年份有莫大的關係，令酒體冷冽偏瘦削

或許冷年份的影響，因此酒會更慢熱而且也需要更長時間的陳熟

再者，也會更封閉下瓶後需要更長的時間才能打開

He shown a great depth on the nose yet not in-depth. Show good complexity of farmyard, gamey, earthy and dry floral notes. The acidity were a bit off the grid, sharp and piercing. Rather rustic on the palate. The tannin is ripe and fine grained yet the structure is kinda flat and the mid palate is a bit dull and flappy. A bit green at the final touch.

A wine that show some character but lack of style and finesse.
