Cogno Elvio, Barolo Bricco Pernice 2011 Novello

Elvio的口感和結構來得扎實和複雜，或許與葡萄園朝東南的面向有關，令酒體相對實淨和大隻一點，剛下杯流露出不俗的紫羅蘭，玫瑰和大地氣息及礦物氣息，深度和複雜性相對更好

架構雖然鮮明但卻少了點細膩，而且整體風格偏陰沉，是很扎實但卻偏偏欠了點誘人的美感

相信與Bricco Pernice的Microclimate特性有極大的關係，呈白色的limestone夾雜著clay的土壤，令這地塊的的特色有別於其他Ravera cru, 出品偏有力量和較圓一點！

Pale garnet in color with med plus intensity. Very good layers and complexity. Typical dry roses and tar notes, but showing some hint of volatile acidity. Showing good depth and deeper notes. But less opulent.  Structure is broad with good power. But lack of finesse. And the mid palate drops quite instantly.
