1961 Borgogno 仍充滿活力且香得令人雙目發光

典型的Tar, 乾玫瑰，乾紅果加上Mushroom香氣和不多不少的煙燻和些舊木桶氣息

酸度通透怡人絕對是她的活力泉源，單寧完熟但仍有咬口為她已年過花甲的結構提供了不少的厚度

雖然果味已退得八八九九，但整體仍然不失純正

最令人深刻的是下杯約一個多小時後依然充沛有力

香氣更加通透，紅果竟比下杯時活潑，但整體香氣少了點純淨，多了丁點Dirty的複雜性，更顯個性

一切是如此圓融舒爽

Absolutely beautiful Barolo! Perfect example of an aged and matured Barolo!

Pale tawny in color with med plus intensity. Showing dry fruit and roses petals notes with some old oak influence. Along with some truffle like notes and minerality. Very pure and transparent. The texture is not only smooth but also detailed. Good in-depth, with good mid palate. The acidity is bright and deliver in such a finesse way.
