顯然不同於更年輕的Trevallon,

多了種輕盈美感

雖少了點變化

但卻多了幾分穩重

難馴貪玩的性格終安定下來似的

也許是成熟Trevallon才有的魅力

Quite a unique Trevallon, bit different from a Young one,

A lot less moody, and one can start to truly learn and understand the wine

Got rid of the edgy tannin and structure, in return, the tannin got smoothen and so as his signature temper

Perfectly display his unique depth and intensity along with his attractive aromas

The nosing is a lot younger and fresher than one might expect, other than the cherry and floral notes, those mushroom and woody aromas gave the wine much more complexity

Too transcending and dazzling…

The texture and palate are so gorgeous, solid but got the resilient like roundness

I would say, a back vintaged Trevallon is something one must not missed!
