由晴轉陰般, 先是活力四射的鮮果登場但隔一會又變成乾果, 熟果的氣息, 再隔一會又演化成Rustic的礦物和紅藥水氣息, 顯得內斂

Mid Palate雖少了點飽和度但入口的酸度始終如一, 很清新且貫徹

總覺得香氣的展現比口感更為充實

但那空洞感卻隨著瓶醒逐漸填滿,

而Rustic的氣息也被一陣陣的花香所取代

由早上11時的剛強到晚上9時的細膩

充實且玩味十足

始終散發著Trevallon那帶點陽光般的狂野色彩

The structure is lean and focus yet a bit lack of mid palate meanwhile the acidity is so lively and energetic…

After several hours of bottle breathing, he gained more weight on the mid palate, and dominated by the floral bouquet and lavender pedals

The texture went from edgy to smooth and got detailed and lengthy mineral finish
