花了近8小時的時間去了解2013的Trevallon

論變化不若2003及2005, 論成熟細膩又不比1988般仔細

他少了中年Trevallon的脾氣

也缺了老邁Trevallon的穩重

可以說2013來得有點急促且又帶點棱角

但卻展現了少年時期新鮮活潑又性格鮮明的那一面

果感充裕且帶有稍稍分離的礦物感

酸度比其他稍舊的年份更為明亮

單寧稍硬但不難馴, 給他三五小時已漸漸柔化

香氣也隨著不同的時段而有所變化

時而果香, 時而花香, 時而肉香…

變化多端但卻少了點融合度

鮮活且壁壘分明

層次鮮明但又缺少了點揉合度

單寧雖硬卻添上直拳般的力感

算是傳遞很快又很直接的紅酒

如果沉迷肉感又少了點等待耐性, 這一支年輕的Trevallon

也不失為個好選擇

Seems he gets so much energy to release

Kicks off with loads of fresh bright red fruit and a lot of wildflowers and crushed herbs

Those lavender notes are simply amazing

He has the austere structure of Cabernet Sauvignon, but give him certain period, he will gain the plushness of Syrah as well

The tannin is dense and intact while the acidity is sharp and fresh

The multi-layer of flavors is simply gorgeous and delicious, and the finish is long and fragrant

Got a lot of potential, very alluring!
