在Stainless Steel發酵7-8天,之後再浸皮約10-15天,再配合間歇性的Pump Over,Racking後再過桶進行Malolactic Fermentation,之後在30hl的Slavonian桶陳熟2年
預先瓶醒20小時,輕巧和諧且極平衡的Barolo,剛下杯己有大量的紅果、乾玫瑰、Tar、乾果和礦物感
下杯時,清純但略微稍欠些層次,但整體結構細緻且有力,雖然少了些深度但下杯約1小時後,力量漸增,香氣更加通透和誘人,雖然變化不大但卻提升到另一層面,看似簡單卻不平凡,迷人的香氣填補了口舌間那微微的空洞感覺
充分展現了Nebbiolo輕柔的一面
加上那種亮麗的酸度,那種透心涼好比秋意來的感覺

Pale garnet in color with med plus intensity.
All the dry rose, red fruit and mineral notes are right on the spot, the texture is smooth and showing great elegance! It is so transparent and expressive, and the delivery is in such a finesse way!
The acidity is beautifully expressed, piled up a depth and layered structure!
Young vibrant and bright wine. So pure and so effortless!
